Norwegian Cruise Line engaged Spark to reimagine the brand’s youth enrollment and management experience on the eve of the launch of a revitalized kids program. Over the course of three months, Spark collaborated with NCL to craft a new vision for the application supporting this experience, supported by requirements gathered cross-functionally from the Information Technology and Entertainment Departments. Spark delivered conceptual wireframes supporting the reimagined experience, which has since launched on a number of NCL’s ships.
